How to set up multi-page print preview Word2007?

Word2007 previous versions, we can use to print preview multi-page button to display multiple pages in print preview, but the Word2007 version of the interface change, if need be multi-page print preview, you can follow the method.

Click the Office button, the pop-up menu, select "Print - Print Preview" menu command, bring up print preview dialog box.

In the "Print Preview" interface in the group can click on the "Next" and "Back" button to switch between different pages in the "Zoom" group can click on the "single page" and "double-page" button to display a preview or two pages.

If you want to show more preview pages, you can click "Zoom" button to bring up the Zoom dialog box.

In the dialog box, click to select "multi-page" button, Word2007 will automatically document all of the pages in the form of thumbnails displayed.
